Full Venue Corporate Team-Building Experience
A full-venue takeover for 140 guests, blending competitive padel with premium hospitality and branding from arrival to finale. On-court vinyls, signage, visuals and a podium transform the space while a DJ sets the tone. Guests arrive to a welcome drink, then compete in a structured round-robin run by Padium. The final gives way to drinks, catering and networking, closing with a prize presentation.

4-Court Corporate Client Event
A 4-court corporate event for 28 guests, introducing clients to padel through coaching, organised play and networking. The session began with a short introductory padel lesson led by Padium coaches, followed by an Americano Social Tournament. After play, guests enjoyed food, drinks and networking in a relaxed social setting.

We can accommodate groups of 8 to 200 guests. Please contact our team with your expected guest numbers and we will recommend the best set-up to suit your event.
Our minimum pre-booking requirements are:
- Peak times (evenings and weekends): 3 courts for 2 hours
- Off-peak hours: 2 courts for 2 hours
Yes, event bookings are welcome to use the mezzanine at Canary Wharf and the Players’ Lounge at Cardiff before, during and after the event, subject to availability and provided the space has not been privately booked by another party.
Optional extras such as a DJ, goodie bags and prizes are available upon request.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 1-month prior to your event.
Please wear sports or gym clothing with trainers. Padel or tennis shoes are preferred.
Rackets and balls can be provided as part of your booking but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Yes, we offer food and drink options for events. Quantities can be selected directly from our menu.
All food orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your event. Drinks can be pre-ordered in advance or just on the day.
External food and drinks are not permitted.
Changing rooms, showers, towels and toiletries are available for all guests.
Digital lockers are available at Padium Cardiff. At Canary Wharf, please bring your own padlock or purchase one from reception.
Branding and marketing materials are not permitted unless prior permission has been granted by Padium.
Parking is available at Cardiff. If you plan to stay longer than 3 hours, please register your number plate at the front desk.
There is no parking available at Canary Wharf. The closest option is Cabot Square Car Park. The Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR are the most convenient public transport options.
