When we built Padium, we weren’t trying to fill courts. We were trying to answer a different question: what does padel look like at its absolute pinnacle, as an experience worth belonging to? We found our answer in the details. Padium was founded on the conviction that padel, played in the right environment, can be something genuinely exceptional.

All court bookings are made through the Padel Mates app. Simply download the app, search for Padium, and select your preferred club, date and time to schedule your court.
Canary Wharf
Located in the heart of Canary Wharf, our club offers a premium urban padel experience in one of London’s most vibrant business and lifestyle districts.
Our courts are available from one hour before reception opens. Reception is open from 7am to midnight Monday to Friday, and from 8am to midnight on weekends. When reception is closed, you will need an access code to enter the club. This 4-digit code followed by # can be found in your booking details on Padel Mates. Please note that outside reception hours, racket hire and purchases of balls or drinks are not available, although changing rooms remain accessible.
Cardiff
Located in the lively waterfront area of Cardiff Bay, the club offers a dynamic space to play. Socialise and unwind in one of the city’s most iconic destinations. You can find us in Cardiff Bay on Ferry Road, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff CF11 0JR.
Our courts are available from 7am-11pm 7 days a week.
Courts become available 7 days in advance for standard bookings. Members can book up to 14 days ahead.
You can have up to 2 active bookings per day and a maximum of 5 active bookings per week.
No. Padium is a pay-and-play club, so anyone can book a court through the Padel Mates app. There are membership packages available through the Padel mates app.
Yes. If you do not have a full group, you can start or join an Open Match, allowing you to book and pay only for your quarter of the court and play with three other players.
Padel is typically played with four players. For groups of five or six, one court is usually sufficient if players rotate. We recommend booking at least 90 minutes so everyone has enough time to enjoy the game.

Court prices vary depending on location, time of day and membership status. Please check the Padel Mates app for live pricing and available slots.
You can cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your game for a full refund.Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved time cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. For private coaching lessons, the cancellation policy is 36 hours.
If you are running late, please message ahead so your coach is aware. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your lesson may be cancelled without a refund.
Canary Wharf: Unfortunately, we are not taking on new members at the moment.
Cardiff: Memberships can be purchased directly through the Padel Mates app.
Cardiff: We currently offer two membership types for our Cardiff club:
“PLAY”: 14-day booking rights, 30% off peak court share, 30% off off-peak court share
“PLAY & RECOVER”: 14-day booking rights, 30% off peak court share, 30% off, off-peak court share, unlimited wellness access
Membership gives you earlier booking access, discounted court prices and, depending on the plan, access to our wellness facilities.

As part of Padium Academy, we run weekly Intro to Padel sessions, which are perfect for beginners. These sessions cover the basics of the game and help you get comfortable on court. You can book via the Padel Mates app.
Open the Padel Mates app, go to the Padium homepage, and select Book a Coach or Coaching from the top menu. Private coaching sessions can include up to 4 participants, and all equipment is included.
Yes, we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced group sessions for adults. All sessions can be booked through the Padel Mates app.
Canary Wharf: Not at the moment, but we plan to launch a junior academy soon.Our current group classes are designed for adults only.
Cardiff: Yes, junior lessons are available and can be booked through Padel Mates.
We are not currently running formal leagues, but we offer regular tournaments, socials and community events.
Yes, we regularly host tournaments, academy sessions, social evenings and club nights. All available events can be found on Padel Mates.

The booking fee covers court hire only. Rental rackets are available for £5 each.
Yes, rental rackets are available in the club and can also be pre-booked through Padel Mates for £5 per racket.
Balls are included for coaching sessions and lessons. For court bookings, tubes of Babolat balls are available to purchase in our Pro Shop.
Yes, all guests have access to showers and changing rooms.
Yes, towels and shower products are included.
Comfortable sportswear and suitable court trainers are recommended. If you are unsure, our team will be happy to advise.
Yes. You do not need to book a court to use the wellness area. Access is included with our Play & Recover Membership, which gives you unlimited use of the facilities. If you are not a member, you can still access the wellness area by purchasing a Wellness Day Pass.
If you have a Play & Recover Membership, access is included. Otherwise, a Wellness Day Pass is available to purchase at the club for £20.
Our wellness area includes a large sauna overlooking the courts and two ice baths. Showers and changing rooms are also available.
No, there is no need to book a time slot. The wellness area is available on a walk-in basis for members and day pass holders
Guests typically use the facilities for around 20 to 30 minutes.
Yes, children are welcome in the venue and can play as long as they are supervised by an adult.

While we love dogs, we currently have a no-dog policy in our clubs
